Changing Your Name Introduction Registering Your New Name

After the Deed Poll is signed, you can register your new name at the following address:-

Counter 1
Citizen Services Centre
3rd Floor, ICA Building
10 Kallang Road
Singapore 208718

Upon payment of your replacement fee (S$60, by NETS), a receipt will be issued to collect your Identity Card after 7 working days from the date of replacement.

You will need to register the change of name within 28 days from the date of the Deed Poll.
