"(1) No person shall be held in slavery. (2) All forms of forced labour are prohibited." Article 10 of the Constitution The Constitution doesn't allow any form of slavery or forced labour. However, there are 2 exceptions when forced labour is permitted. Firstly, where it concerns National Service and secondly, where it is a form of punishment imposed by the court. |
